McGee, a specialist engineering contractor delivering high profile, complex engineering projects, has been recognised with an eighth consecutive Gold Medal Award from the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA).
Organisations receiving a RoSPA Award are world-leading in health and safety practice. Every year, nearly 2,000 entrants vie to achieve the highest possible accolade in the UK’s longest-running H&S industry awards.
In addition to its eighth consecutive Gold Medal Award, McGee also received its sixth consecutive RoSPA Fleet Safety Award. The awards evidence the McGee team’s consistent improvement, hard work, and commitment as it works to ensure the highest standards of safety both on-site and on the road.
Steve White, Health and Safety Director, McGee said:
“The health, safety and well-being of our people sits at the forefront of everything we do. As a specialist engineering contractor, it’s engineered into how we plan and deliver our work.
We support this with a robust leadership approach and a strong level of workforce engagement across the business – this award is testament to the unwavering commitment of our employee-owners.”
