The Asbestos Removal Contractors Association (ARCA), the leading trade association in the field of asbestos management services, has awarded McGee a Gold Site Audi Award for the fourth year running. Lee Duffy also took home Supervisor of the Year.
McGee is one of a small number of companies throughout the UK to have been awarded this certification. It shows on all six, unannounced audits, over a three-year period, McGee consistently delivered high performance on-site.
ARCA also named McGee Supervisor, Lee Duffy, as the winner of the prestigious, Roy Bent Memorial Award (Supervisor of the Year 2021-22).
To achieve the Supervisor of the Year award, Lee achieved 100% in his training course and successfully complete his Level 3 NVQ competency qualification with ARCA in the same 12-month period.
Nick Taylor, Environmental Services and Demolition, McGee said:
“This latest award recognises the diligence and consistency of our environmental services team and the company’s high regard for health, safety and training.
We’re also incredibly proud of Lee for achieving such a prestigious award, it is testament to his hard work and commitment to the industry.”
The awards were announced at the Association’s Annual General Meeting, held in October.
