The Role:
Do you feel you have more to offer but lack the opportunity to do so? We are looking for a HR Coordinator to join our People team. Reporting to the People Director, you will play a key role in delivering people focused HR performance aligned with our wider business strategy and operating model.
Roles and Responsibilities may include but are not limited to
- Act as a key HR contact for internal stakeholders, supporting our Head of Workforce HR and People Director
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Design, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures and employment legislation
- Manage employee sponsorship processes and visa compliance.
- Support performance management, disciplinary, and grievance processes.
- Identify opportunities and champion initiatives to streamline and improve HR processes.
- Work with payroll to ensure smooth HR transactions.
- Track key HR metrics and provide reports to support business decisions.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding, including contracts, compliance, and exit processes.
- Manage and communicate leave policies, tracking balances and advising employees on entitlements.
- Assist with onboarding, including producing offer letters, contracts, and pre-onboarding compliance.
- Administer employee rewards and benefits, acting as the first point of contact for enquiries.
- Conduct research and analysis to ensure competitiveness and cost-effectiveness of rewards and benefits.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as required.
About You
- Proven experience in a similar HR role within a fast-paced, high-growth private sector business.
- Degree qualified, CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
- Organised, efficient, and responsive

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential issues with discretion.
- Keep up to date with market trends and demands
- Keen to learn, develop and grown within the role
- Strong Excel skills and numerical abilities.
- Solid knowledge of employment legislation and its practical application.
- Proficiency in HR software systems would be an advantage.
