Complex
Demolition.
We work on some of London’s most complex structures such as One Leadenhall, where we employed a unique bottom-up demolition method, leaving the concrete core exposed. This method, a UK first, allowed other works to progress safely below, significantly accelerating the project timeline.
Cut and Carve.
Cut and Carve requires precision and expertise, and we’ve honed our skills over decades. With our own specialist equipment and techniques, we carefully take apart structures while ensuring safety and minimising disruption to surrounding areas.
Façade Retention.
Maintaining the original appearance of a building, especially with Grade II listed structures, is key when the internal area is no longer fit for purpose.
Temporary works are often a major part of these projects, and our in-house construction engineering team supports the project from the very start.
